Where we collect equal opportunity information, this section is voluntary and separate from your career profile.

This information helps us understand the diversity of people who choose to register their interest with MAG Lubricants and allows us to review whether our recruitment practices are reaching a broad range of candidates.

Your answers will not be used to assess your profile, suitability, eligibility or selection for any role. They will not give you an advantage or disadvantage in the recruitment process.

This information may be used only for internal diversity and equal opportunity monitoring, reporting and improvement of our recruitment practices. It is reviewed in aggregate where possible and kept separate from the main career profile used for recruitment review.

You may choose "Prefer not to say" for any optional equal opportunity question.

Candidate information may be accessed by authorized HR, recruitment, management, department reviewers and administrative personnel who need the information for recruitment-related purposes.
