The Foundation
Quality, Safety & Standards
Quality and safety built into every stage.
Responsible performance depends on controlled systems, reliable testing, clear documentation and product claims that can be verified.
The Foundation
Controlled systems, connected
Quality, environmental management and occupational health and safety are connected — defining how products are made, how risks are controlled, how records are maintained and how improvement is managed. MAG is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and accredited to ISO 17025 for testing and calibration laboratory competence.
Management Systems
Three connected systems
Management-systems showing ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety.
Quality Management
Controlled processes, customer requirements, documented information, corrective action and continual improvement.
Environmental Management
Identification and management of environmental aspects, compliance obligations, controls and performance evaluation.
Health & Safety
Hazard identification, risk management, worker participation and continual improvement in safety performance.
Assurance
Tested, approved, documented
Product testing
Each batch is confirmed against its release specification in an in-house laboratory with ASTM-based test capabilities.
Technical standards
SAE and ISO viscosity grades, API, ACEA, JASO categories and ASTM test methods — each serving a distinct purpose.
OEM approvals
Equipment-manufacturer approvals apply to the named product and current specification, with supporting evidence.
Selected products carry approvals or meet defined specifications; consult the current product documentation.
Documentation
Clear technical & safety documentation
Technical Data Sheets
Viscosity, performance, specifications, approvals and application guidance for the exact revision.
Safety Data Sheets
Hazard, handling, storage, first-aid, transport and disposal information for the relevant market.
Labels
Accurate product identity, grade, batch information and hazard communication.
Certificates
Current quality certificates, licences and declarations through a controlled library.
Responsible Handling
Handle, store and dispose responsibly
- Read the current label and safety data sheet, and use appropriate protective measures.
- Store products in compatible, clearly identified containers and prevent incompatible mixing.
- Maintain spill-control and emergency procedures, and follow workplace requirements.
- Use authorised contractors for used lubricant and contaminated packaging.
Before a product or operational environmental claim is published, we confirm what is being claimed, its scope, the comparison or baseline, the method, whether the evidence is current and reviewed, and who approved it — with every claim traceable to formula, batch, test and approval records.
